Smart Board is an interactive whiteboard on which you can write anything you need just with the touch of your finger, allowing you to realize multimedia 
lessons, and your students to do exercises directly on the whiteboard just touching its surface.
Interactive whiteboards are easy to achieve. They work thanks to an interactive system, and all you need is a computer and any kind of projector. The latter projects the image on the surface of the board, that is connected to the computer just through a USB cable.
By touching the board's surface with your finger you're able to manage all the computer's functions, run and work with any application, surf the web, write a note in the middle on something, manage your e-mails.
The interactive Smart Board meets the various demands of every students according to their own way of learning. They are shown big and clear images and can physically interact with them, moving letters, numbers, words and images with their fingers. The Notebook software can be used in 30 different languages and it is an Open Source application, being so compatible with any operative system and computer platform. It allows you to work on a blank sheet and to write notes on it (that can be recognized as a text file), to erase, save in different formats (HTML, PDF, JPG, BMP, …) and share files with different platforms, to change background and enter images and Macromedia Flash animations. It is also possible to write a text dialing the keys that appear in the screen, and many other functions.
